EFFAS Climate Risk Analyst (ECRA)

The EFFAS Certified Climate Risk Analyst® (ECRA) programme is designed to equip finance and investment professionals with the expertise to navigate the complex interplay of climate risks and their economic implications. ECRA is not just another ESG course. It is a specialised certification that empowers finance professionals to master the language of climate risk. It is a powerful standalone programme for any financial, sustainability, or risk expert seeking to gain actionable skills in today’s climate-aware economy, and a natural next step for CESGA® holders looking to deepen their expertise in the specific domain of climate risk.

Participants will learn to decode climate science, apply risk modelling tools, assess the financial impact of both physical and transition risks, interpret regulatory frameworks, and lead strategic Net Zero and adaptation planning.

Developed by EFFAS in collaboration with Marsh McLennan, EFFAS Climate Risk Analyst (ECRA)® goes beyond ESG theory and delivers the practical know-how to transform climate risk into a source of resilience, innovation, and competitive advantage.
