Johan Van den Branden

Johan Van den Branden is a leadership and transformation advisor with more than 30 years of experience across financial services and professional services, including 15 years in C-suite roles. At Febelfin,
the Belgian Financial Sector Federation, he combined sector insight with capability building by founding Febelfin Academy and serving as a visiting professor at Ghent University. From 2013 to 2020, he was Chief Operating Officer of Stibbe, a leading independent law firm, where he helped strengthen organisational performance and guide change at scale. In 2020, Johan founded IntuiPro Advisory BV and, in 2024, joined Learning & Asset Development (LEAD) as a Partner. He lectures regularly for IFBD and works directly inside organisations to build trust, shape culture, and lead change processes that translate strategy into everyday behaviour and measurable results.
